Responsible Gambling
Keep it fun
We want gambling to stay a form of entertainment. Treat it as a way to spend free time, not as income. Play only with money you can spare, keep track of your time and spending, and do not try to win back what you have lost.
Take a break
If you feel you need time away, ask our support team to block your access for a period of time. Self-exclusion requests go to [email protected], and we close the account as soon as we can. Let us know about any other accounts you hold and do not open new ones during your break.
Protecting minors
Only people aged 18 or over may play, and winnings of underage players are cancelled. If children can use your computer, filtering software such as Net Nanny helps keep gambling sites out of reach.
Where to find help
If gambling is causing problems for you or someone close to you, independent organisations can help. GamCare offers advice and practical support, Gamblers Anonymous is a fellowship of people helping each other, and Gambling Therapy provides support and counselling.
