Agreement

Opening an account or playing at CrownPlay means you accept our General Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Notice, our Cookie Notice and the rules of each promotion and game. Where a promotion has its own rules, those rules come first for that promotion. The English version of our terms is the binding one.

Who can play

You must be at least 18 and of legal age where you live, and it is up to you to check that online gambling is allowed where you are. Residents of our Excluded Jurisdictions cannot open an account or add money to one, and some game providers keep their titles closed in further countries. NetEnt games are not available to players in Australia.

Your account

Register in your own correct name. We allow one account per person, household, phone number, email address and IP address. We may ask for identity, address and payment documents, which are due within 30 days. If you do not log in for 180 days the account becomes inactive and a monthly fee of 10 AUD may apply.

Bonuses

Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement that has to be met before its winnings can be cashed out. Casino bonuses are wagered within 10 days and sports bonuses within 30 days. Games count towards wagering at different rates, some games are closed while a bonus is active, and a withdrawal before the wagering is done cancels the bonus. Each offer is limited to one per person and household.

Coins, Shop and Collections

Coins are earned by playing casino games, by depositing and by finishing weekly challenges and tournaments. They can be swapped in our Shop for bonuses, bonus spins and free bets, or spent on cards for our Collections. Each reward keeps its own wagering and time limits.

Deposits and withdrawals

Only use payment methods that belong to you. Deposits need to be played through at least once before a withdrawal, every payout goes through our checks, and daily and monthly withdrawal limits depend on your VIP level.

Sports betting

A bet cannot be cancelled once it is placed. Odds can change, live markets can close during play, and bets are settled on the official result. The most one customer can win in a day is set out in our terms.

Fair play

Fraud, collusion, using money that is not yours or exploiting software errors are not allowed. In such cases we may void winnings, close accounts and inform the relevant parties.
